These girths have been scientifically evaluated over a four month trial period at the European Equestrian Research Centre. Extensive tests have proven the superior performance of the Elastic Girths with CAIR® across a range of horse breeds and in use over various disciplines in all weather conditions. Among the findings of the testing were that:
- Signs of girth discomfort disappeared upon use of Elastic girths with CAIR®
- The girth achieved a greater area of contact with the horse’s sternum and pectoral muscles enabling a reduction in pressure
- The performance materials and unique shaping of the girth have enabled greater freedom of movement and comfort even in very girth sensitive horses
- The girth did not have to be tightened as much as competitor girths in order to achieve the same level of saddle stability.
In addition to the extensive trials at the research centre, independent leading international Veterinarians have also conducted their own testing of the Elastic Girths with CAIR®, reporting significant performance advantages of using Elastic Girths with CAIR®.
